Japan also has slums, and all live in the elderly.
👆Do you know that there are slums in Japan? This group of photos is from Prague photographer David Tesinsky.
👆He claims to be an independent photographer who focuses on subcultures, urban street stories and realism.
👆When he visited Japan, he heard that there is an Airin Chiku slum in Osaka. He came here with his camera.
👆“The local residents of the slums not only welcomed me very much, but also made me feel like a king. You know, most Japanese people don’t know that there are slums in Japan.”
👆You can see a group of grandparents drinking sake and smoking all day.
👆They don’t let me buy beer or smoke my own cigarettes. They argued with each other who is going to buy me a beer.
👆When I was half-drinking, someone came over and took it away, adding a fresh beer in front of me.
👆“We have had a wonderful time with each other.” The photographer said that although the lives of the people here are very difficult, they are still optimistic and full of expectations.
